Adrian is a co-founder of the leading crypto-native financial advisory boutique, Steakhouse Financial, contributing as a core team for MakerDAO (now Sky), Lido DAO, Morpho and other corporate and DAO clients. Adrian has a deep corporate finance background and experience in corporate treasury, investment banking, M&A, and turnaround management.

Adrian graduated from EPFL (Electrical Engineering, MTE) got his MBA at INSEAD and is a CFA Charterholder.

Francesco is a Law Professor at Bocconi University in Milan and a qualified Italian attorney. Since 2021, he has served as a Council Member of the European Law Institute. Francesco specializes in advising on EU regulatory matters related to blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and data privacy.

His expertise includes guiding blockchain projects and start-ups through company formation, contract drafting, investment rounds and the creation of web3 decentralized organizations, as well as assisting crypto-asset service providers with licensing and compliance.

Paul is a Lecturer in the College of Business, University College Dublin. He is the author of Absolute Essentials of Ethereum (Routledge, 2024) and co-editor of Defining Web3: A Guide to the New Cultural Economy (Emerald, 2024). He has published academic articles on Bitcoin, Ethereum and DAO culture. His opinion pieces have appeared in CoinDesk and Blockworks.

Sacha is helping to build Lido research, whose goal is to act as a complementary arm to Ethereum Foundation research and to use this power for the common good of Ethereum and Lido. Sacha believes deeply in the power between the intersection of code and culture supporting Lido and other organizations' self-discovery through deep introspection of their MVV and brand archetypes.

Previously Sacha has contributed to Bad Kids, Iden3, and in the Cosmos ecosystem, stirring up trouble through inquisitive and thought-provoking questions on twitter and HackMD.

Sandeep is one of the founders of the Polygon network and currently serves as the executive chairman of Polygon Labs, an international software development company that builds blockchain scaling infrastructure. In this capacity, his role along with other co-founders is to steward the long-term sustainability growth of the Polygon protocol and ecosystem, and oversee the strategic priorities of Polygon Labs, where he works closely with Marc Boiron, CEO of Polygon Labs.

A serial entrepreneur, Sandeep holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering.
